1. Keep product data current
Efficiency ratings, cold-climate capacity, refrigerant, warranty and extended-performance tables (capacity and power at outdoor temperatures) for your models.
2. Send your certified-installer list
The whole list for a brand, replacing the last one. Installers' certifications for your brand are checked against it.
3. Read warranty registrations and your report
Units of your brands on finished installs (owner details only where the homeowner asked Ducto to register), and the brand performance report (groups under five jobs hidden).
