Licensed power work, every time
A licensed electrician makes every power connection, on every labor option.
Certified refrigerant work
Only an EPA 608-certified technician does refrigerant work. On the DIY option, the homeowner connects only factory pre-charged quick-connect lines, and only where the line run fits them.
Evidence before the final payment
Installers are paid in stages. The final payment waits for issued permits and, where lines are flared or brazed, vacuum and pressure readings in spec, with photos. Readings that look wrong go to Ducto's review before the homeowner is asked to approve.
Serial numbers and warranty
Each unit's serial number is recorded at the install, and warranty registration is tracked on every job.
Sized for the home
Each system is sized for the home and climate, and the installer confirms the sizing on site before work starts.
Your rules, enforced on every quote
- Dealer authorization by state. Ducto quotes your brand only in states covered by a current authorization from you or your distributor program. When it lapses, quotes there stop.
- Advertised price. Ducto never prices below your MAP. If your policy shows the price only in the cart, or only bundled with installation, our quotes, shareable quote links and partner API follow it. Checkout always itemizes the order for the buyer.
What you see
A brand report for your verified team: quotes, orders and installs of your equipment, commissioning readings against spec, how often evidence was held for review, return visits in the first year, homeowner ratings, and how the sizing held up on site. Your authorized distributors send price and stock as a file or a daily feed. Ducto matches each item to your model numbers and spec sheets, and a product is quoted only once its spec-sheet figures are in.
