Permits in Orem

Your installer handles the permits and inspections. Orem doesn't publish its permit fees online, so we're confirming them with the building department; until then the fees in your quote are estimates, and your installer confirms them before any work.

Sales tax on equipment: 7.45%. Utah State Tax Commission, Sales & Use Tax Rates: combined rate for Orem (tax.utah.gov/sales/rates), checked Oct 10, 2026.

How it works

  1. Measure your rooms. Ducto sizes each one for Orem's climate.
  2. Choose how much work you hand off, and pick an installer by price, reviews and date.
  3. Pay for the equipment. Your installer is paid in stages, only after you approve their work.
